Tracie Lance, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Tracie serves as Image Surgical Arts' Chief Operating Officer. She is a native of Nashville and has over eleven years experience as a practice administrator. Tracie has employed her business savvy while leading practice management sessions at American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery events. Tracie earned her BBA in Managerial Sciences with a minor in Hospitality Administration at Georgia State University before completing her MBA at Kennesaw State University. When she is not at work, Tracie enjoys spending time with her son, Jack.
Jennifer Fuller, MPPM
Chief Marketing Officer
Danielle Maltby, RN, BSN
Danielle serves Image Surgical Arts as our aesthetic nurse injector at our Nashville location. She is a highly talented injector who is dedicated to helping patients both look and feel their best. She continues to enhance her talents and education by staying up-to-date on the latest aesthetic trends and techniques. She was previously a contestant on Season 21 of The Bachelor and has her own very popular podcast.
Sheila Cannon, RN, BSN
Completing her RN certification in 2008 and then receiving her BSN, Sheila worked in med/surgery & pediatrics until 2019 when she began her career in aesthetics. She has remained on the cutting edge of injectable procedures (including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and Platelet Rich Plasma) and techniques delivering the highest quality results in the western KY market. Her attention to detail and artistic eye compliment her understanding for what her patients desire for their aesthetic outcomes. In addition to providing injectable treatments, she performs Microneedling, Plasma Pen and Hydrafacial treatments to patients throughout western KY and northwest TN. Sheila enjoys traveling, especially to Mexico, and spending time with her step-daughter and two granddaughters. She and her husband will celebrate 13 years together in 2022.
Ginger is a native Texan and moved here with her husband, daughter and 2 yorkies. They have a son who played college baseball in Austin, TX. Ginger worked 8 years as a LPN on a trauma/surgical floor before returning to school where she achieved her Associate’s Degree in Nursing through Temple College in Texas in 2009. In 2009, Ginger started her passion and love in the cosmetic surgery field assisting surgeons in cosmetic procedures. In her free time, she enjoys a good baseball game, working horses, horseback riding, and spending time at home with her family and pups.
Joy serves as a Registered Nurse at Image Surgical Arts as an OR circulator and recovery room nurse. She has spent much of her career in emergency medicine and cardiac care. Her passion for helping others and dedication to improving healthcare is evident in her long standing position on the board of directors for Rally Foundation which raises funds to improve cancer treatments for kids. She loves to garden and is very involved in the preschool ministry at her church.
Deanna serves as our Surgical Technologist as well as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been in the cosmetic surgery industry since 2015. She is an avid Dolly Parton and Tennessee Volunteer fan. During her free time Deanna enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her husband and cats.
Chief Patient Care Coordinator
Stevie serves as our Patient Care Coordinator and is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. With a passion for providing excellent customer service and educating patients about products, she strives to make each experience comfortable for our patients. She has extensive training with the ZO Skinhealth line and enjoys the process of easing patients into the beginning of their cosmetic journey. In her free time she enjoys kayaking, traveling and spending time with her two sons.

Jennifer comes to Image Surgical Arts with 23 years of anesthesia experience. While serving in the army reserves for 8 years during and after graduate school, she has gained a variety of expertise. Her main focus has always been cosmetic and plastic surgery. As a member of the AANA, she has assisted in paving the way for nurse anesthetists, especially women, to receive equal pay for services. Jennifer started her contract anesthesia career many years ago, while establishing her name and reputation as a care provider who understands what cosmetic surgery patients need and desire. Her goal is to make sure that all patients receive the best care during their perioperative stay. Jennifer earned her BSN from Harding University in 1993, and a Masters of Science degree at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 1998. She enjoys running, hiking, boating, and beach time, not to mention spending time with her 5 nieces and nephews and her dog, Brooks.
Permanent Makeup Artist
Johanna is an internationally trained spa professional with over 30 years of experience in Permanent Makeup, Advanced Cosmetic Tattooing and Microblading. She began her career in Atlantic City, NJ then continued her career overseas in Germany where she fell in love with skin care and trained as a European Aesthetician. She then moved to Los Angeles and discovered the art of permanent cosmetics. She is a certified Microblading specialist, licensed tattoo artist, and paramedical tattoo artist which includes areola tattooing and scar camouflage. She has taught courses at the International Congress of Aesthetics and multiple other conferences and courses. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with her musician husband, spending time with her sons, knitting, gardening, and cuddling with her two cats.
Natalie has been a nurse for 18 years and she has always loved helping patients feel at ease. She obtained her BSN from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004 and her MA in anesthesia from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 2008. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology. Natalie holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
Specializing in OB anesthesia for 10 years, she began some work in plastic and cosmetic surgery. She adores her patients and, although she loved the OB work, she wanted a predictable schedule so that she could spend more time with her sons (now 17 and 9) at the baseball fields.
With 20 years of experience in nursing, we are proud to have Natalie on our team. Earning her B.S. in nursing in 2002, she followed up with a M.A. in anesthesia in 2007. Her certifications include Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (2007), cRNA (2007), Basic Life Support (2018), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (2019), and ACLS for Experienced Providers (2019). She has worked in trauma centers and cared for patients with neurological disorders.
While the pace at Image Surgical Arts is a bit slower, Natalie loves contributing to the care of each client that we welcome.
