Dr. Brady Harris
Triple Board-Certified Cosmetic Surgeon
Dr. Brady Harris is a triple board-certified cosmetic surgeon practicing in Nashville, TN and Murray, KY. Cosmetic surgery is his passion and his results show it. While his training, expertise and experience include facial and body cosmetic surgery, he is renowned for his body contouring work including breast procedures, tummy tucks, liposuction and high-definition liposuction. Every procedure Dr. Harris performs incorporates the latest surgical techniques, cutting-edge technology, and meticulous attention to detail to provide personalized outcomes that meet or exceed the patient's expectation.
As one of the nation’s leading surgeons performing high-definition liposuction, Dr. Harris has lectured internationally teaching other surgeons, and he also trains fellow surgeons from around the world in his own high definition liposuction techniques.
Dr. Harris serves on the board for the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and is a diplomat of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He also is a diplomate of and serves on the credentialing committee for the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery.
Stevie O'Neal
Chief Operating Officer
Stevie serves as our Chief Operating Officer. Her extensive background as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician brings invaluable experience to our team. With a profound passion for providing exceptional customer service and educating patients about products, procedures, and services, she is dedicated to ensuring that each patient's experience is as comfortable as possible.
Stevie has undergone comprehensive training with the ZO Skinhealth line, and she takes immense pleasure in guiding patients through the initial stages of their cosmetic journey during their consultation at Image Surgical Arts.
Outside of her professional role, Stevie enjoys kayaking, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing quality time with her two sons.
Ginger Lizardo, RN
Nurse Injector, Chief Administrative Officer
As the Chief Administrative Officer and Nurse Injector at Image Surgical Arts, Ginger contributes over two decades of invaluable nursing experience to her role. Her nursing journey began in 2000, and it didn't take long for her to discover her true passion in the realms of cosmetic surgery and aesthetics. In 2009, Ginger made a deliberate shift, dedicating herself to specializing in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic nursing. Since then, she has unwaveringly committed to enhancing her knowledge and skills, ensuring that she provides not only the highest quality care but also a compassionate approach to every patient she has the privilege to meet. Her dedication and continuous pursuit of excellence makes Ginger an essential part of our team at Image Surgical Arts
Annelise Carey, LME, CPT
Licensed Medical Aesthetician, Laser Specialist
Annelise Carey serves as our licensed medical aesthetician, laser specialist, and professional makeup artist. She has over 11 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. Her career began as a makeup artist, but after experiencing problematic skin in her 20s, she was inspired to assist others in their pursuit of healthy skin. She is a clinical expert in various medical-grade skincare lines. Annelise is certified and highly-trained in Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, microneedling, laser resurfacing and rejuvenation, hair reduction, and vascular therapy.
Annelise takes great pride in helping all of her patients feel comfortable and confident, customizing each treatment to meet individual needs and concerns. Her passion for assisting others is of utmost importance, as is her commitment to ongoing education in the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and devices available on the market. In her free time, Annelise enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring fashion, interior design, and spending quality time with her husband and son.
Sheila Cannon, BSN, RN
Nurse Injector
Completing her RN license in 2008 and later earning her BSN, Sheila worked in med/surgery and pediatrics until 2019 when she began her career in aesthetics. She has stayed at the forefront of injectable procedures, including Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers, employing cutting-edge techniques to deliver the highest quality results in the western Kentucky market. Her attention to detail and artistic eye complement her understanding of her patients' desires for their aesthetic outcomes. In addition to providing injectable treatments, she also offers Microneedling, Plasma Pen, and Hydrafacial treatments to patients throughout western Kentucky and northwest Tennessee.
Sheila enjoys traveling, especially to Mexico, and spending time with her step-daughter, two granddaughters, and her husband.
Deanna Stephens, CSFA, MA
Director of Surgical Services
Deanna serves as our Certified Surgical First Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, and Director of Surgical Services. She has been in the cosmetic surgery industry since 2015 and brings valuable expertise to our team at Image Surgical Arts, both in the operating room and the clinic. She has a true passion for helping others become more confident.
Outside of the operating room, Deanna enjoys working out, spending time with her beloved cats, and attending concerts and sporting events. A proud native Tennessean, Deanna loves all things the state has to offer, especially Dolly Parton and the Tennessee Volunteers!
Senzela Atmar
Marketing Director
Senzela Atmar, a proud Nashville native, launched her career as a Senior Digital Forensics Analyst, serving law firms across the nation from 2013 to 2018. In this role, she adeptly managed hundreds of legal cases each year. During this time, she not only honed her skills in precision and attention to detail but also developed a deep commitment to solving challenges.
Following this pivotal phase, Senzela ventured into the world of non-profit leadership by establishing Relief Without Borders. In this creative and philanthropic role, she discovered her passion for the domains of production, branding, and media, setting the stage for her next transition. This newfound passion led her into the world of digital marketing, where she now excels as the Marketing Director at Image Surgical Arts. In this, Senzela focuses on creating authentic connections with patients and the community through innovative and impactful marketing strategies. Her diverse experiences significantly contribute to the team at Image Surgical Arts.
Natalie Hillis, CRNA
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Natalie has been a nurse for 18 years and has always had a passion for helping patients feel at ease. She earned her BSN from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004 and her MA in anesthesia from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia in 2008. Natalie is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and holds certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
With a specialization in OB anesthesia for a decade, she began to explore work in plastic and cosmetic surgery. She has a deep affection for her patients, and while she cherished her work in obstetrics, she sought a more predictable schedule to spend additional quality time with her two sons, at their baseball games.
Alyssa Ortiz, BSN, RN
Registered Nurse
Alyssa is a nurse on the surgical team. She has been a nurse for over 9 years and enjoys getting to know our patients, being their advocate, and making them feel like family. Alyssa graduated with her BSN from the University of Central Florida and her MBA from the University of North Carolina. She is a Navy veteran and her prior nursing experience includes pediatric medicine, pediatric hematology and oncology, and surgical infertility. Her certifications include Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spoiling her two rescue dogs, cooking and gardening, pilates, and frequenting local coffee shops.
