This is a 39 year old lady who desired increased fullness of the breasts and improved cleavage. She underwent breast augmentation with a 340 cc moderate classic profile silicone implant placed under the muscle. This was performed at our state-of-the-art surgery center in Nashville, TN. She is four months out from her procedure.
