Where Are Incisions Made?

There are two types of tummy tucks with varying degrees of scarring. For women that have had cesarean sections in the past, Dr. Harris may incorporate incisions into pre-existing scars.
- Full Tummy Tuck: An incision is made within the natural crease of the bikini line from hip to hip.
- Mini Tummy Tuck: A slightly smaller incision is made along the lower part of the belly. Scars are typically 4-8 inches in length.
